Scope and Intent
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Wellness Mountain Co website located at www.wellnessmountainco.com.

Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Return
Wellness Mountain Co. has a 30 day Return policy. Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it.
Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Shipping & Delivery
The shipping costs shown at the time of purchase, which are invoiced to the purchaser by Wellness Mountain Co., assume base, standard costs to deliver the product to the address provided by the purchaser. Freight carriers are independent businesses. Once the product ships, it is in the freight carrier’s possession. The freight carrier will coordinate and schedule delivery with the purchaser. The purchaser understands and agrees that any communications with the freight carrier, such as, but not limited to, change of address requests or scheduling promises made with the freight carrier, are solely between the purchaser and the freight carrier. Address changes, missed appointments, and poor follow-up contact to schedule delivery with the freight carrier, for example, may result in added shipping and handling costs being incurred by the purchaser from the freight carrier.
Damaged or Missing Product
Upon delivery, the purchaser understands and agrees that they must immediately and thoroughly inspect the delivered product. Any/all damage must be reported and claimed at the time of delivery with the freight carrier present. The Wellness Mountain Co. Customer Support team should be notified of the damage claim so that we can take appropriate follow-up steps with the carrier regarding the claim. If damage is not documented with the freight carrier at the time of delivery, a freight claim cannot be filed with them, and there will be no recourse or compensation/refund offered to the purchaser.
The purchaser understands and agrees that they must inspect and report any missing items at the time of delivery. These claims should be immediately reported to the Wellness Mountain Support team for review, so we can evaluate the situation and work to make things right if something is missing.
Return Process
Initiating a Return
Contact Customer Service: Email us at supportwellnessmountainCo.com or call 1+(970)744-2016 within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
Return Authorization:
After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Preparing Your Return
Package the Item Safely: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure all accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included.
Include Documentation: Include the return authorization form and any necessary supporting documents or images.
Attach Shipping Label: Download and print the return shipping label provided in our email.
Affix the label to the outside of the package.
Avoid writing on the original box. Doing so will damage the original packaging, which will have to be replaced.

Customer Responsibility:
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
After your return is processed, your credit card will be credited back for the original purchase price, minus the original shipping cost and the 15% restocking fee, as well as the box replacement fee if the box was damaged.
Specific Return and Refund Conditions
Returns Due to Change of Mind
Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return request must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Refund: A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Defective or Damaged Goods
Notification: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Documentation: Provide photos or videos of the defect or damage.
Resolution: We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Incorrect Product Received
Notification: Inform us immediately upon receipt.
Resolution: We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned (at our expense) and ensure you receive the correct product.
Product Never Arrived
Notification: Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time.
Resolution: We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the product is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement product.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.
After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Custom or Personalized Products: Items are made to your specifications or personalized.
Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
Intimate or Sanitary Goods: This includes underwear, swimwear, and personal care items unless unopened and unused.
Gift Cards and Downloadable Software Products.
Refunds
